RECLAIMING THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE.
I benefited so greatly from my personal commitment to the healing of early wounds, that I became passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
I wanted to serve. I am compelled to support others on a quest to wholeness.

I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
I Moved here 35 years ago with my husband, two dogs and two cats, and feel blessed to call this beautiful city and state my home.
I am an animal lover, I have horses and cherish my time with them. I am also a bookaholic — love books and love to read them, especially memoirs.
I am a trained therapist as well as a mentor and guide for individuals who are seeking to know and embrace the truth of who they are.
I have a master’s in counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico and have worked in private practice as a therapist/counselor since 2001.
More recently, I studied with Margaret Lynch, author, thought leader and success coach and top emotional freedom technique (EFT) expert.
I have the honor of being hired by Margaret to work with her personally. And to work with her team as well as her master coaches in training.
I am passionate about supporting clients on their intimate journey of self-discovery.
I believe strongly in the healing power of humor.
Personal growth does not need to be a slog through the mud. Instead it can be a pleasurable and gratifying experience.
I grew up in a home filled with conflict.
And the constant acting out of that conflict created far too much drama. I intuitively recognized at a young age that something was very, very wrong.
I also felt from a profound place deep within that life was not meant to be filled with so much heartache and pain.
As soon as I became a young adult, I embarked on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
I benefited so greatly from my personal commitment to the healing of early wounds and soon became passionate about making a difference in the lives of other. I wanted to serve. I was then, and still am, compelled to support others on a quest to wholeness.
